Collabora Office is an office suite running in your browser without a local installation. This extension will integrate Collabora Office into SeedDMS and can be used for viewing, editing and converting office documents.

This extension reports counts all downloads of a document. The downloads are listed on the document's details page. A complete list of all downloads can be found in the admin tools.
This extension is able to import mails or attachments into SeedDMS. It provides a new task class for checking mails on a imap server and a page for listing all mails currently in the mail boxes configured by the tasks. The extension is compatible with version >=5.1.18 and >=6.0.11. If used with 5.1.x it will have a somewhat limited functionality.
The idea behind this extension is to send documents to a central mail box and have SeedDMS import them straight from there without having to save them on your local disc before. There are various scenarios which can be based on it.

any other group of people you have asked to send in addtional information, forms that had to be filled out, etc.
The extension is also cabable of importing the whole mail іn eml format.
If used with SeedDMS 6 the import can be done by none admin users.
A simple but effective way to inform the users about news, upcoming changes, etc. The message is shown on the view folder page right above the folder tree.
This extension will show a message of the day after a user has logged in. Messages are regular documents with either text or an image and they obey the known access rights. This allows to have messages for certain users or groups. Those users and groups which shall never see a message (e.g. admins) can also be configured.
Add conversion service from several image formats to plain text. This extension is required for full text indexing of images. It is based on tesseract which must be installed on the SeedDMS server.
Run OCR on a PDF document which contains just images or a single image, e.g. a scanned document. The extension requires ocrmypdf to be installed on the SeedDMS server. The resulting document will contain an additional text layer which can be easily indexed.
This extension instantly creates a photo gallery from all images in a folder. It can be either embedded into the SeedDMS user interface or shown in full screen mode.
This extension lists the content of a zip file below the document information on the document's details page. It also allows to download individual files from the zip archive.
SeedBoards are a different view on your documents. It shows all documents of a folder in a column and places as many columns as needed next to each other. Even users without an account are able to access the SeedBoard by its unique key.
Base installation of SeedDMS 5.1.x or 6.0.x on a Linux-Server with ssh access. On a debian based system this also includes the installation of all requiered debian packages. Includes 1 h of email or telefon support.
This extension can reduce a pdf document in size by running it through ghostscript again. Quite often this has considerable effect on the file size. The resulting pdf document can either replace the lastest version or create a new version.
The extension can create new PDF documents from an existing document by selecting pages. It is especially useful if many paper documents have been scanned into a single pdf document.
Any document or folder being deleted will be moved to a configured folder instead of removing it. The date of deletion, the former owner and the original folder will be added in custom attributes. In SeedDMS 6 a task can be scheduled to empty the trash can frequently.
This extension creates a simple upload page where anonymous users can upload files. The upload can be restricted by several parameters which are all part of the upload code passed to external uploaders.
